The warranty period begins on the date of installation of the part, so in order to receive the warranty, you must provide documentation stating the date the pump or systems was installed. You must also have an RMA through PurAqua Products, Inc. to receive the warranty for a part, which can be acquired by emailing [email protected] with photos of the part as well as a description of the issue.
